About Us
SilverWolf began in the mid 1990’s as a turnkey interior finishes sub-contracting company in the state of Utah. From there it built into a multi-state installation service provider. Like all companies in those days, SilverWolf utilized conventional paper based takeoff and estimating for its needs. As computer based estimating and takeoff became available in the early 2000’s, the company quickly embraced the new technology. To enhance their estimating capabilities, SilverWolf also joined the American Society of Professional Estimators and all their estimators certified as professional estimators. As the technology evolved, more subcontracting companies began noticing the company’s increased efficiency and began requesting that SilverWolf provide service for them. By 2010, SilverWolf had evolved and transitioned from a construction subcontracting company to its present form as a full service takeoff and estimating service provider. Today we proudly provide estimating and takeoff services for excavation, civil utilities, concrete, demolition, masonry, soft and hard flooring, commercial and residential doors and hardware, cabinetry, and interior trim.
By joining the Construction Managers Association of America we expanded our services to provides project management and engineering services.
Our clients have spanned from California to North Carolina and from Texas to South Dakota, but our focus has remained largely centered on Utah and surrounding states.
